Summary: The location of this place is A1 plus !! unbeatable is the unique word. Garage in the property ( extra cost ) Now, the arrival process is tricky and confusing; the signage in the nearby is confusing and ill-placed. Even the desk employees recognize that as a huge challenge. Along with that, the construction in the perimeter makes it convoluted too. This is the only "staind" about the whole thing, but again, aside from this, I would stay there again, hands down. Btw, Santander is amazing !

Summary: Over rated, ac on main areas wasn’t working, ac on room didn’t cool enough to be comfortable. Staff at cafeteria not polite and look upset all the time only friendly with locals. Reception guy at night had a really bad attitude when checking out

Summary: Always look forward to staying at this hotel, not only because its proximity to the ferry port, but it is such a lovely place to stay. All the staff we deal with are helpful, the rooms immaculate, and the breakfast is plentiful and fresh. They also have underground parking with decent size spaces which needs to be pre-booked. The downside is when we stay it's on the way home. But looking forward to staying again next year.

Summary: Large room and bathroom which was clean and comfortable. Its a large hotel so a little impersonal but friendly enough Underground car parking was useful and easy to manoeuvre but as its car lift operated you have to wait for some time

Summary: Hotel Bahia is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. It is very well maintained and the staff were so helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. You can catch the bus to El Sardinero beach or walk there in sbout 30 minutes. There are also local ferries close by, one takes you to the Puntal sand dunes, not to be missed. Also kept turning corners and discovering new squares with bars and restaurants.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Bookable garage parking for a fee, via a car elevator. Great bar and restaurant. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops around the hotel. Bakeries 1min from the hotel for breakfast. Lovely modern hotel, very comfortable rooms. Lots of complimentary bathroom products. Highly recommended.

Summary: Welcomed with a smile. Easy to find from the bus station, just look up to top of hotel for sign. Cafe open to grab a cuppa or a wine at most hours. Across the rd from the water and tourist information. Easy to catch local bus to Magdalena palace and beaches and we walked back. Staff were very helpful, from opening a bottle of wine in the cafe that I had brought with me, to helping fill out my next accommodation on line forms. Very good English at the front desk.

Summary: The only thing that tripped us up was deciphering the cafe from the restaurant. Despite telling the bartender we had reserved and were residents, we were shown to the cafe. Then at the far end, the restaurant lights went on (20:15) and we understood. Toilets in rooms have no doors 😱😳
